My friend and I lined in front of his house today at the bottom of a hill to get a rough idea on how the XX sizes up.  The raptor has a high compression, stock bore piston with stage 1 hot cam, intake, jet kit, and exhaust.  My xx is booooone stock and not broken in so I was short shifting.  I beat him out of the hole every time, not sure what he was doing.  Both of us were having issues keeping the front tires down, haha.  After about a 100 ft. I was two lengths ahead of him and he wasn't catching up.  Once I'm comfortable with motor breaking in I'll really let the motor do its thing but till then I'm short shifting.  Anyways, I know his raptor is fast and the XX definitely held its own today.  He and I were both impressed! :D

Of course its a 700xx.  I've rode the Rapter and of course my own 700xx and the rapter did not have the pull or the go that my 700xx.  I do not get what these magazine reviews are doing but the xx is an awesome all round bike, even stock.

Some day the Mags will figure it out.

You give em hell.

I agree on the mags, they seemed a bit biased. After getting my XX I couldn't understand what they based there reviews on.
I do not fear what the future holds for me, I am not afraid to die.

I love watching videos of fat hillbillies test riding this machine and getting the specs wrong.  One video I watched said it was a whopping 508 lbs. dry, try wet assclowns.  I only weigh 160 lbs. and I can man handle the quad.  I'm still trying to get used to it since its totally different from my +2 400ex but I love the suspension, power and handling.  I know over time I like it even more once I'm adjusted!  All my friends love the styling so I dont know where all these people are coming from that hate the looks and like the 09' outlaw, that thing is just hideous!  ???
