It's the "body" roll that takes the longest time to get used to. It's not bad, but if you're used to a SRA like I was/am it takes a bit to get used to.

Won't be long till they offer stiffer/adjustable sway bars for them.

So I went down and looked at the 700xx here at a local dealer. It was the all black edition which I liked. My biggest issue cosmetically was the front end design. I wont say its ugly, but it would take some getting use to. Every other section of the quad looked really good. I sat on the seat and it felt comfortable.

One reason that I bought my Raptor is the way you sit "in" the quad thanks to the seat design. The XX has that same feel. I am still not sold that IRS is the way to go for me, but I am waiting till I get a chance to put some good seat time on an IRS sport quad. The XX looks solid. I will keep hanging out on this site reading rider reviews and hopefully will learn more about the XX as more are bought.

Like I said previously I am buying a new quad at some point this year. I think I am going to wait to see what changes 2009 brings. I think if they put EFI on the Outlaw 525, that would be one of the quads that I take a serious look at as well.

Thanks for all of the responses and input. ;)

Quality wise, I don't feel that the Outlaw is even close to the XX. I just got back from my second weekend of trail riding on mine and I love it even more. If I was to be very nitpicky, my only complaints would be that 3rd gear is off a bit (yes, I still think that after my second outing, but I did get used to it),  the front shocks are a little soft when you really push it and the stock handlebars SUCK. I already have Pro Tapers for it, I just didn't have time to put them on before I left. I even traded with my buddy and his Raptor 700 for a bit on Saturday and it just re-affimed that I had made the right choice. If you trail ride most of the time like I do, the XX is the machine to get IMO. If you ride a lot in the sand and only a little on the trails, stick with the Raptor. I'll be posting my second ride review in the next couple of days, I gotta keep up with Posterboy!!

I will agree that the 700xx is a better built machine than the Outlaw. Honda always puts out solid machines. I owned 2 CR 250's and I beat on them for a few years and never had any issues.  Looking forward to more rider feedback on this forum.
