twist throttle?

anyone put a twist throttle on there 700xx?  Ive been riding motorcyles for 10 years and its hard for me to get use to a thumb throttle

I have considered exactly this as I've had loads of experience on motocross bikes and just bikes in general.  A typical bike throttle might be more intuative for my riding style.  And, while the riding style is different on the bikes, I wouldn't say the quads ride bumpier, all depending on the track or riding area though.

[AUS TRX700xx]

Hi guys,
The first mod to my TRX700xx was a "Dual Gaser" from Terry Cable.
This unit allows you to use either twist or thumb throttle.

It has a locator pin to lock the hand grip when using the thumb throttle,
and the thumb throttle lever is of longer and looks like a better design than the standard unit.

So this time you can have the best of both worlds,
And I would use nothing other than a twist throttle myself...
